How do I rent a scooter?
Salty Scooter Rentals is a scooter rental company located in the Seacoast of New Hampshire. We strive to make your scooter rental experience as easy as possible so you can enjoy your time exploring the Seacoast rather than struggling with parking and traffic! We do this by offering seamless booking online and we coordinate pick up and drop off of the scooter to a location that is convenient for you.

- How does Salty Scooter deliver their scooter rentals you ask? We've scouted locations in the Seacoast that offer cheap and convenient parking where we will meet you at the beginning of your rental and we'll coordinate pick up when you are done!
- Where do you deliver scooter rentals in the Seacoast of New Hampshire? We deliver our scooter rentals to Portsmouth, Rye, New Castle, North Hampton, Hampton Falls, Hampton (including Hampton beach), Exeter, Stratham and Greenland.
- Do you have a retail location I can visit? No. We looked into it and as a small business that is seasonal in nature doing any type of retail space negatively impacts the business model we have or would require us to dramatically increase our prices to cover the cost of the added cost retail space would give us. We see this is a win/win for not only Salty Scooter Rentals but also our customers!
- Are helmets provided with each rental? Yes, they are provide but not required in State of New Hampshire.
- Is a motorcycle license required to rent a scooter? No, these are 49cc Honda Ruckus Scooters and in State of New Hampshire a motorcycle license is required for anything over 50cc.
- Does Salty Scooter Rentals partner with local owners of AirBNB or VRBO rental units and offer longer term rentals say for a weekly rental? Yes, we are in process of recruiting a network of AirBNB and VRBO owners who would like to offer Salty Scooter Rentals as part of their rental package. We love everything there is about the Seacoast except some of the challenges it provides in terms of parking, which is where we can help. Packaging a Salty Scooter Rental with a weekly rental makes a lot of sense and we're open for business on that idea!
- Does Salty Scooter Rentals deliver to local area hotels for those visiting the area? Of course, if you are staying in a local hotel we can coordinate drop off and pick up with you so you can explore the Seacoast on a scooter. Simply click "book now" link and tell us where and when and we will be there!
Our goal is to make this as easy and convenient for you as possible so you are spending most of your time enjoying the sites of the Seacoast rather than struggling with parking and crowds.
